Sea Oyster Dumplings

Chop pork and set aside, chop cabbage and sprinkle some salt to marinate the water, squeeze it dry and set aside! I bought the dumpling wrappers to save time! Wash sea oyster meat and set aside!

Chop the sea oyster meat, pork, chopped green onion and cabbage together. Chop into dumpling filling! (You can have more sea oysters, mainly eat the umami taste of sea oysters) Add the right amount of vegetable oil (I used peanut oil) and the right amount of salt and soy sauce in the filling! Just mix it evenly!

Then just wrap the mixed stuffing into dumplings and cook them in a pot!

Add water to the pot, put the dumplings and start cooking after the water boils! When the dumplings are all floating on the water, add a bowl of cold water after the water is boiling! Add two more water after the water is boiling! Add cold water three times! After adding cold water three times, boil the water and enjoy it!
Tips:
If you like to eat garlic, you can make some garlic as an ingredient!
