Sea Urchin and Fish Roe Bibimbap

Put the small filter that comes with the rice cooker into the retort first, and then put it into the inner pot together

After washing the rice, pour it into the retort

Put the inner pot and the retort into the Zhenmi Desugar Rice Cooker

Then add an appropriate amount of purified water to the inner tank

The water level does not exceed 1cm on the meter level. I used the matching 2 cups of rice, so the water is added to the scale 2

Then install the rice soup box in place

After turning on the power, press the start button and select the steaming function. It takes 22 minutes

When the time is up, the rice cooker will automatically switch to the heat preservation function

Prepare fresh horse dung sea urchin, salmon roe, wasabi, Japanese soy sauce and de-sweetened rice

Tips:
The rice for bibimbap is best to have well-defined grains so that it tastes good. The sea urchin must be fresh.
