Sea Urchin Steamed Egg

Prepare the materials;

Beat the eggs into egg liquid, add warm boiled water in a ratio of 1:1 and stir evenly;

Tips:
Seal it with plastic wrap first to prevent water vapor in the pot from flowing back onto the steamed eggs.
