Seafood Baked Rice

Sauté garlic slices with oil in a pan

Put in the pre-cut broccoli, carrots, onions, mushrooms, green peppers, tuna, and stir fry

Add the soy sauce and continue to stir fry the fish sauce

Put in the rice

Put the fried rice in a baking tray, top with enlarged shrimp, and black pepper sauce

Sprinkle with cheese

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes!
