Seafood Baked Rice

Prepare materials.

Prepare Thai fragrant rice.

Add water to the fragrant rice and steam it in the microwave. Serve the steamed fragrant rice for later use.

Cut the mushrooms, crab sticks, and winter bamboo shoots into small cubes.

Prepare green beans. corn kernels.

The prawns are decapsulated and peeled and marinated in a bowl with cooking wine and pepper.

Boil the ginger slices with water in the pot, blanch the shrimp first, then add the clams and cook until the mouth is slightly opened.

Finely chop onion and garlic.

Tips:
1. The oven temperature is different, just observe the cheese coloring.
2. The main ingredients of baked rice can be added according to your own preferences, and you can put it in whatever you like.
3. If you like cheese, you can put more. Because my mozzarella is not enough, I temporarily added some cheese slices. You can only put one kind.
4. It is best to blanch seafood in advance to remove fishy.
5. You can put olive oil. The butter I put is more fragrant and better with cheese.
