Seafood Broccoli

Ingredients: Shrimp (washed), dried squid silk (soaked and washed), carrot slices, broccoli (washed)

Pour the washed broccoli and carrot slices into a pot of clean water, boil until cooked, remove.

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan, add shrimp and squid silk, and add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine.

Stir fry.

Next, add the blanched broccoli and carrot slices and stir fry.

Then, add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce.

Add 0.5 tablespoon of salt.

Saute and stir well, serve.
