Seafood Congee

Shred the onion and crab sticks;

Wash the rice, pour it into boiling water and simmer slowly;

Heat oil in a pan, add onions and saute until fragrant;
4.
Add shrimp and stir fry;
5.
Pour the fried onion and shrimp into the porridge and mix well;
6.
Add crab sticks and boil;
7.
Add salt, fish sauce and chopped seaweed before cooking.
