Pour the porridge of Wuchang rice into the pot and wash

Put in the right amount of water and start cooking the porridge

The sea cucumber is soaked well, and the prawns are washed

Remove the prawn heads, don't throw them away to boil the prawn oil! Peel off the shells of the shrimps and cut them open on the back to remove the intestines, and clean

Cut the sea cucumber into small pieces

This is the prepared ingredient: Process the clean prawns, add some cooking wine and salt to marinate for a while

Bring to a boil on high heat first, then turn to low heat, simmer for 30 minutes, and the porridge has thickened

Put in the vegetables and ginger, and mix well

Add sea cucumber and prawns and mix well

Add some salt to taste

Add some white pepper and chicken powder and mix well

Tips:
The ingredients are adjusted by myself. I use water for cooking porridge, so I put a little chicken powder in the end. If you use the broth to cook, you don't need to add it!
