Seafood Congee

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Minced ginger, shredded shiitake mushrooms, prawns head and prawn thread

3. Wash the rice and glutinous rice

4. Add water, porridge and rice to the pot, cook for 20 minutes on medium heat

5. Pour in fresh shrimp, fat clams, ginger, boil on high heat and turn to low heat for 5 minutes
