My daughter refused to eat, so she tried her best to cook this seafood porridge, but when she saw that she had eaten two large bowls, she kept saying it was delicious.

Ingredients

Seafood Congee

1. Wash the rice and put it in a pot to boil over high heat

2. Diced pork

3. Wash the shrimp and cut in half

4. Shred the dried squid

5. Finely chop green onion and coriander and set aside

6. Cook until halfway through and stir it, otherwise it will stick to the pan

7. Pour shredded squid, pork and ginger when the porridge is boiling

8. Finally, when the porridge is cooked, turn off the heat, then pour the shrimp into the porridge and cover the lid for 2 minutes, sprinkle with chopped green onion and coriander.

Tips:

When the high fire is boiling, put the shredded squid and pork into the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. When the porridge is cooked, put the shrimp or the shrimp will grow old.
