Seafood Fried Rice

The prawns are passed through the water first, and then the head and the back are removed. Wash and dice onions, grilled sausage, shrimp, carrots, ham, etc.

Beat the eggs with wine and spread them into egg pancakes, cut into small dices

Heat olive oil in a pan, pour in diced onions and stir fry

Add the diced carrots and stir fry until the carrots are soft

Add sausage and diced ham and continue to stir fry

Add diced shrimp

Pour the overnight meal. The overnight meal is best to be relatively dry and well-defined. There should be no adhesion between the rice grains. Stir fry until every grain of rice is covered in oil.

Finally, add diced eggs, add a little salt and steamed fish soy sauce (to remove fishy), stir and stir evenly, and then it will be out of the pan.
