Seafood, Mushroom and Shrimp Noodle

After buying the fresh shrimp, put it in the refrigerator and freeze for 10 minutes. The shell will be easier to peel.

When the shrimp is frozen in the refrigerator, you can prepare the garlic and ginger first.

Peel the shells of the shrimps and put them in a small bowl, pour into the cooking wine and set aside.

Heat the pan with cold oil, then add ginger and garlic

Put the mushrooms and stir-fry until the water comes out, then remove the peeled shrimp from the wine and pour it in, add the light soy sauce and salt. Stir fry for another 3 minutes

The water noodles bought in supermarkets are usually sold in farmers' markets. This amount is just enough for my wife and I, plus a dinner for my 2-year-old daughter.
