Seafood Mushroom Chicken Congee

Tear the chicken breast into thin threads.

Wash seafood mushrooms and set aside.
3.
Wash the rice and soak for 30 minutes.
4.
Add water to boil the soaked rice, turn to low heat and simmer for 50 minutes.
5.
Add the seafood mushrooms and chicken shreds and cook for another 5 minutes.
6.
Season with salt and turn off the heat.
7.
Put it into a bowl and a bowl of delicious porridge is ready.
