Seafood Mushroom Tomato Egg Drop Soup

Prepare tomatoes, seafood mushrooms, eggs

Cut seafood mushrooms into small pieces for later use

Chopped tomatoes and set aside

Add shallots and garlic to burst the fragrance

Add the seafood mushrooms and stir fry until the water comes out

Add the tomatoes and fry until soft and simmer for 1 minute

Add 1 tablespoon of salt to taste, add 800ml of water, simmer for 3 minutes

Add 1 scoop of water starch to thicken

Beat in an egg and stir evenly, turn off the heat

Put the chopped coriander and stir evenly before out of the pot
Tips:
Don't thicken it too thick, just a thin layer, just add salt, and don't add any extra seasonings.
