Seafood Noodles

Prepare all materials.

The abalone shell is opened and the meat is removed, and the squid is cut with a knife, and it can be put in the water for one minute. Brush the shrimp, slice the sausage, cut the tomato, smash the garlic, and shred the ginger.

Saute garlic and ginger sausage slices in a frying pan, then sauté the tomatoes.

Pour in the water and don't put any seasonings, the water is delicious enough.

Add the seafood, spray with cooking wine and stir fry.

While the toppings are simmering, the water in the noodle pot is boiled, and a handful of Arowana + Omai egg noodles are boiled for 5 minutes, then add the green vegetables and cook for 2 minutes.

Tips:
1. Seafood can be matched at will.
2. This noodle can be boiled for 7 minutes. I prefer to be harder to shorten the time.
