Seafood Noodles

Prepare dried noodles and wash the scallop meat, green onion, cabbage, green onion, ginger, garlic, oyster sauce, cooking wine, green onion, shredded garlic cloves, sliced (forgot to shoot garlic and oyster sauce)

Boil the noodles in boiled water until half cooked, remove and set aside

Put the cooked noodles into the pot, add a little water, and cook for two or three minutes to collect the juice.

Put some coriander out of the pot
Tips:
The noodles cannot be overcooked. The scallop meat is fried quickly
