Seafood One-pot Stew

Chop the chicken wings into pieces with a knife, blanch them with water to remove blood foam; wash the squid with a knife, blanch it with water, and form a squid roll; after spitting out the sand, boil the clams in water to remove the shells. Cut the green prawns, remove the intestines, and boil them in water

Pour oil in the pot to heat up, pour the squid, chicken wings, and prawns into the pot and stir-fry until the surface is golden brown.

Restart the pot, pour the oil, add the hot pot ingredients, green onion, sliced ginger, garlic cloves, bell pepper, and stir-fry on low heat

Stir fry until red oil

Pour the chicken wings, squid, and green prawns that have been stir-fried before into the pot and stir fry for 1 minute

Pour in the clams and fish balls, stir fry for 1 minute, add a small amount of water and simmer for 6 minutes
