I tried to make seafood spaghetti for the first time. I didn’t expect that the girl would love to eat it so much, and she was immediately included in my mother’s gourmet list. I had to cook it for her for three consecutive days. I thought it highly praised my craft!

Seafood Pasta

1. Prepare all ingredients

2. Onion, red pepper shredded, mushroom sliced, green onion sliced

3. Mussels and razor clams are washed and drained. The prawns are headed, peeled, and lined to leave the tails of the prawns. Marinated with red wine, pepper, onion, ginger and salt

4. Add a few drops of olive oil to a boil with a few drops of olive oil and a little salt. Add the pasta and cook for a little longer. Then cover the pot and let it sit for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

5. Butter cremation

6. Add the onion, stir fry the scallion over high heat to create a fragrance

7. Add red pepper and mushrooms and continue to stir fry

8. Stir fry with prawns, mussels and razor clams

9. When the mussels open, the prawns change color, add fresh milk and salt

10. Immediately add the cooked and drained pasta and stir evenly, turn on the heat, sprinkle a little black pepper and continue to stir until it tastes.

11. Serve, garnish, sprinkle with chopped basil

Tips:

1. The cooking time of seafood should not be too long, and the meat will not be fresh and tender after a long time.
2. The pasta is cooked for a longer time. The pasta is not easy to boil. The noodles cooked with olive oil and salt will not stick.
