Prepare all ingredients

Onion, red pepper shredded, mushroom sliced, green onion sliced

Mussels and razor clams are washed and drained. The prawns are headed, peeled, and lined to leave the tails of the prawns. Marinated with red wine, pepper, onion, ginger and salt
