Seafood Spaghetti with Basil

Ingredients

Bring 1000ml of water into the pot and boil, sprinkle 10g of salt into the pasta, cook for 7 minutes and remove

Pour olive oil into the removed pasta and stir well, set aside for later use

Chop parsley, cut small tomatoes into cubes, slice garlic, mince pepper, open back the shrimp and remove the inner thread

Pour 3g olive oil in a hot pan, add pine nuts and stir-fry until golden brown, pour into a small bowl and set aside

Take another pot, add 5g olive oil, add dried chili and garlic slices, stir fry until fragrant, then add shrimp and stir fry until it is colored, add wine, stir fry for 10 seconds, add 20 ml of water

After boiling, pour in the pasta and sprinkle with black pepper

Add basil sauce and cook for 2 minutes

Then add chopped parsley, small tomatoes, arugula, stir fry until fragrant, pour into the plate

Sprinkle in the stir-fried pine nuts, and finally sprinkle in the parmesan cheese crumbs.
