I went out for dinner with my friends and ordered a pot of similar seafood pot. There was not much in it. I didn't like the thick juices either. Doing it yourself is more suitable for your taste, and the selection of materials is also arbitrary. My fat guy likes to eat such miscellaneous dishes. I don’t mind if I cook them often, but I might find it annoying that a dish often has to be cleaned so much, haha~"

Seafood Tofu Casserole

1. Seafood;

2. Tofu, side dishes and carrots;

3. Cut tofu into small pieces and soak in light salt water for a while;

4. Fry in a frying pan until slightly golden on both sides;

5. Shrimp shelled and shrimp intestines line; squid cleaned and cut into small pieces with a knife; crab sticks cut into sections;

6. Blanch the squid and shrimp in the water;

7. Cut broccoli into small stalks; peel and slice carrots; cut ginger into small slices and scallion into small pieces;

8. Remove the roots of the mushrooms, wash and blanch them;

9. Add oil to the pot, stir-fry the ginger slices and white onion to create a fragrance, and stir-fry the crab-flavored mushrooms, squid and shrimp;

10. Add carrots and tofu, season with salt and oyster sauce;

11. Transfer the ingredients to the pot, pour the chicken broth, and simmer for 10 minutes;

12. Then add broccoli, crab sticks and green onions, cover and cook for 2 minutes.

Tips:

The soft tofu will not rot easily when it is soaked in salt water and fried.
