Seafood Tofu Casserole

Seafood;

Tofu, side dishes and carrots;

Cut tofu into small pieces and soak in light salt water for a while;

Fry in a frying pan until slightly golden on both sides;

Shrimp shelled and shrimp intestines line; squid cleaned and cut into small pieces with a knife; crab sticks cut into sections;

Blanch the squid and shrimp in the water;

Cut broccoli into small stalks; peel and slice carrots; cut ginger into small slices and scallion into small pieces;

Remove the roots of the mushrooms, wash and blanch them;

Add oil to the pot, stir-fry the ginger slices and white onion to create a fragrance, and stir-fry the crab-flavored mushrooms, squid and shrimp;

Add carrots and tofu, season with salt and oyster sauce;

Transfer the ingredients to the pot, pour the chicken broth, and simmer for 10 minutes;

Tips:
The soft tofu will not rot easily when it is soaked in salt water and fried.
