Seafood Xiuzhen Mushroom Tofu

Ingredients: tofu, squid (washed and cut into pieces), shrimp (washed), Xiuzhen mushroom (washed), chives

Tear the tofu out of the package, cut open with a knife, and set aside.

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in the saucepan, add the washed shrimp and cut squid, and add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine.

Stir fry.

Then, combine the washed Xiuzhen mushrooms and tofu, add an appropriate amount of water, stir and bring to a boil.

Then, add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce.

Add 0.5 tablespoon of salt.
