Seasonal Mixed Vegetables and White Radish

Prepare the ingredients and wash them.

Wash and peel the radishes, cut into shreds, add a little salt, mix well and marinate for five minutes.

Shred the shallots and peppers.

Shred ginger, wash coriander and cut into sections.
