Seasonal Vegetable Mix

Lettuce, red cabbage, shredded cucumber, and small tomatoes, cut in half and set aside.

Shred the carrots, heat the pan with oil, and stir fry.

Pour into the spare ingredients, add soy sauce (light soy sauce), vinegar, pepper powder, ginger powder, and salt.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the chopped green onion and garlic, whip fragrant, and add to the spare ingredients while hot.

Tap in mustard oil.

Tips:
