Seasonal Vegetables Soaked with Mushroom and Chicken Sauce

The bamboo fungus is first soaked in light salt water for two hours, washed and cut off the head and tail, and cut into inch sections. Soak the mushrooms in clean water and let go.

Wash the other materials and change the knife. All the materials are too cold after being put into boiling water.

After the chicken soup is boiled, add the mushrooms and bamboo fungus and cook for 5 minutes to fully infiltrate the flavor of the chicken soup. Then add asparagus, broccoli and carrots to a boil, season with salt.
