Seaweed Knotted Cabbage Rib Soup

Ingredients: ribs (blanched), kelp knots (soaked and washed), cabbage (washed)

Put the cleaned cabbage on the chopping board and cut it, set aside.

Put the blanched ribs into the pressure cooker.

Add the right amount of cooking wine.

Add some water.

Then, close the lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium-low heat, then turn off the heat.

Open the lid after simmering until exhausted.

Then, combine the washed kelp knots and the cut cabbage to a boil, cook until the cabbage is cooked through.

Finally, add the right amount of salt.
