Seaweed Knotted Pork Ribs

1. Ingredients: kelp knot (soaked and washed).

2. Ribs (cleaned).

3. Ginger slices, dried chili, rock sugar.

4. Afterwards, put the cleaned ribs in a pot of clean water, blanch the ginger slices, and remove them.

5. Pour the oil in the pan to heat up, add the ribs and stir fry.

6. Then, add some water, add some cooking wine and bring to a boil.

7. Then, put the dried chilies in, add some salt, light soy sauce, and rock sugar.

8. Season to bring to a boil.

9. Finally, cook until the soup is somewhat thick, add the kelp knots and stir, cook for 3-4 minutes, and serve.
