Seaweed Pork Ribs Soup

Wash the dried kelp to remove the sand and soak it.

Wash ribs

Boil a pot of boiling water
4.
Boil the ribs and blanch the blood.

Remove the blanched ribs and place them in a casserole.

Wash the ginger, star anise, and cinnamon and put it in the pot.

Add appropriate amount of water to the casserole, simmer the ribs on high heat, turn to low heat when the water is boiled, and simmer for an hour.

When braising the ribs, we will treat the kelp, and the soaked kelp will wash away the mucus on the surface.

Cut it to the right size, I cut it into a diamond shape, or cut into kelp shreds.

After the ribs were simmered for an hour.

Down into the kelp,

Bring to high heat and turn to lower heat and cook for another 20 minutes. Sprinkle the chopped green onion when out of the pan.
Tips:
hint:
1. Dried kelp has a lot of silt and must be washed.
2. Wash the kelp mucus several times to clean it up.
3. If there is enough time, the ribs will be stewed more often.
