Seaweed Rice π―

After the rice is steamed, add peanut oil and sesame seeds and stir evenly to let cool. Spread the eggs with salt to form an omelet and shred the carrots, cucumbers and ham.

The seaweed is laid, the rice is layered, then kimchi, yellow radish and the ingredients that have been fried are rolled up

You can choose what you want to roll. Salted egg yolks, crab sticks, etc. can be rolled inside. The simplest version I made is also delicious! π
Tips:
I donβt like sushi vinegar, so I mix it with peanut oil. Itβs important to roll it!
