Seaweed Rice

Prepare the materials and the bamboo curtain for the sushi.

Preparation: whole cucumber, carrot, ham, and crab sticks are cut into thin strips. Put a little oil in the pan, spread the eggs into thin cakes (add a little salt) over a low heat, take them out and cut into thin strips. Carrot sticks can be stir-fried in a pot. Cook rice with glutinous rice and rice in a ratio of 1:3, then add salt, sesame, sesame oil, and apple cider vinegar to the rice and stir well.

Spread a piece of seaweed on the bamboo curtain, put the stirred rice on the seaweed and smooth it, about 0.5cm thick

Put the prepared cucumber strips, carrot strips, egg strips, ham strips, platycodon strips, and crab sticks on top of the rice one by one, and then forcefully roll the seaweed into a slender roll.

After all the rolls are rolled, cut the prepared seaweed rolls into small pieces. The knife is sharp and dipped in water, it will be easier to cut, and the cut will look better.
Tips:
Put plastic wrap on the bamboo curtain to prevent the rice from sticking to the cracks in the bamboo strips and not clean!
