Seaweed Rice

The rice is steamed and sprinkled with black sesame seeds. After spreading the eggs into egg skins, cut into strips for later use. Cut cucumbers, carrots, ham sausage, and crab fillets into strips and cook in oil for later use. Spread the rice on the seaweed, being careful not to fill it up, the tail is about three centimeters empty so that it will not overflow when rolled. Put all kinds of small strips and cheese in and roll them up slowly. The rice is easier to stick when it is hot. After the roll is finished, the knife is dipped in water and cut open and ready to be loaded into the plate.
