Seaweed Rice

Cook the rice in a rice cooker first, and prepare the vegetables in the next time. You can choose the side dishes according to your own preferences, I only used these four here.

Wash the vegetables, chop them, and chop the ham, as shown in the picture

Heat the wok, put an appropriate amount of oil, put the cut side dishes into the pan and fry them, add an appropriate amount of salt.

After the vegetables in the pot are cooked, turn off the heat. Because the rice is just cooked, there is no need to fry it, just pour it into the dish and mix well.

Put the mixed rice aside, let it cool for a while, and you are ready to make seaweed rice.

Spread an appropriate amount of rice on the seaweed, and be sure not to be too thick, otherwise the rice will be squeezed out when rolling.

Roll it lightly with a bamboo curtain, as shown in the picture.

Then cut the seaweed rolls into the shape

Cut all the wrapped seaweed rolls and place them on a plate, as shown in the picture. The baby said it was very beautiful and was a little reluctant to eat it.
