The food my son likes very much. It is simple and nutritious. It is very good for breakfast.

Seaweed Rice

1. Peel the ham and cut into strips.

2. Peel carrots, wash and cut into strips, wash cucumbers and cut into strips.

3. The rice is steamed and mixed with a little salt.

4. Take a piece of seaweed and spread a layer of rice.

5. Put cucumber strips, carrots, and Thousand Island sauce on one side.

6. Just roll up and slice.

7. Serve and enjoy.

Tips:

You can add omelette bars, my son doesn't eat eggs, so I didn't add them.
