Seaweed Salad
1.
Soak dried kelp in water for ten minutes (I used salt-free and sand-free kelp, otherwise please consciously add the cleaning process)
2.
When soaking the seaweed, you can prepare the auxiliary materials, including garlic, green and red peppers (not dry peppers). After cutting, put them into a bowl and set aside.
3.
After filling the cut ingredients into a bowl, the juice can be adjusted. A pinch of salt, sugar, fresh soy, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil (olive oil can also be used). There is another way to do it here. Don't mix the garlic with the garlic. You can put hot oil on the kelp later, it will be more fragrant!
4.
The soaked kelp needs to be blanched in a pot, and after putting it in a bowl, you can pour the adjusted juice into it and stir it evenly.
5.
Well, a hot and sour and delicious cold kelp is complete. Super simple and super delicious
Tips:
Pay attention to the blanching process not too long, 3-5 minutes is enough, otherwise it will not taste too soft!
