Seaweed Salad

Wash the kelp shreds and cut into small pieces.

Flatten the garlic and chop, cut the red hot pepper into small circles, wash the coriander and cut into small pieces.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add shredded kelp and boil for about a minute, then remove.
4.
Put the blanched kelp into a bowl, add minced garlic, red hot pepper, coriander, and a pinch of salt.
5.
Pour the old vinegar, add sesame oil, and stir evenly. The kelp that has been set aside will be more flavorful. You can also chill it.

Install the finished product.
