Seaweed Salad

This is semi-dried kelp that has been salted. It is more like kelp and has a heavier gel texture. Compared with dried kelp sprouts, the taste is different, but both can be served cold according to this method.

Put the kelp in a basin and pour some water, wash it with your hands, and repeat it two or three times until the water is clear.

Put about 2000cc of water in the boiling pot, boil it, add the washed kelp, blanch it for about two minutes, remove the water, and cut it into about 2~3cm width for later use (this makes it easier to eat) .

Mix all the cold ingredients together and set aside.

The green onions have not been chopped.

Mince ginger and garlic.

Put the blanched seaweed in a container, add green onions, ginger, minced garlic, cold sauce, and chili powder, stir gently with your hands, transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
Tips:
Store in the refrigerator, and eat it cold and delicious.
