Seaweed Salad
1.
Soak dried kelp shreds, put it in a pot, add appropriate amount of water to boil, turn to medium heat and cook for 5 minutes

Remove the cold drain
3.
Add salt, organic vinegar, soy sauce and sesame oil
4.
Put minced garlic, diced pepper and dried red pepper in a bowl
5.
Put the mixed minced garlic and chili on top of the shredded seaweed
6.
Pour in hot vegetable oil
7.
Stir evenly
