Seaweed Soda Crackers

Weigh all raw materials for later use.

The butter is softened at room temperature, add icing sugar and beat well until it is lightly whitish.

Add egg wash in portions and beat well.

Sift in low flour, baking soda, salt and mix well, add seaweed powder and flaxseed powder and mix well.

Grab it gently with your hands, and don't rub it too much to avoid tendons.

Roll it out into a 2-3mm sheet and print it with a mold.

Use a fork to make some small holes to avoid bulging when baking. In the middle of the oven, 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
