Seaweed Stewed Tofu

Just a few slices of pork belly, not too much; change the scallion, ginger, and garlic to a knife for later use

I use the soaked seaweed from the supermarket, wash it and drain it for later use; cut the northern tofu into small pieces for later use

Heat oil in a pan, add pork belly slices on low heat and stir until fragrant, then add green onion, ginger, garlic and sauté until fragrant. Just medium heat. If the heat is too high, it will lose its flavor and taste

Cook rice wine and light soy sauce and sauté fragrant, add some boiling water

Put the tofu and kelp into the pot, put in a small box of Knorr Stewed Soup Po, cover the pot and cook on low heat for about 25 minutes. If there is too little water during this period, you can add more boiled water instead of cold water. ! Add salt to taste 10 minutes before turning off the heat
