Seaweed Stewed Tofu

Wash the kelp in advance, cut into small strips, blanch in hot water for a few minutes, and remove in cold water. (You can also buy more at once, wash and blanch them, divide them into small portions, freeze them in the refrigerator, and take out one portion each time you eat.)

Cut the tofu into small cubes.

Wash the green onions, chopped green onions, wash the scallions, and cut into small pieces.
