Seaweed Tofu Meatballs

Mince lean meat.

Tofu crushed.
3.
Wash seaweed with hot water and chop.
4.
Stir the minced meat with tofu, five-spice powder, oyster sauce and green onions.

Chop the seaweed and squeeze the water into the minced meat, stir and add a little flour to make a paste.

Pour the oil into the pot and heat up, rub the mashed meat into balls and fry them until golden brown and remove them.
