Kelp and tofu are good for the body, but it is the first time to cook them together. I usually use seaweed to stew the soup, or use seaweed to make cold dishes.
This dish is relatively light, but it is really good for the body, especially suitable for people who lose weight. Scraping oil and detox, the effect is dripping.

Seaweed Tofu Soup

1. Prepare raw materials: soak kelp in advance, a piece of old tofu, and organic linseed oil.

2. Wash the soaked kelp and cut into pieces.

3. After washing the tofu, cut into cubes.

4. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the boiling pot, add the kelp, and cook over high heat.

5. Add tofu and continue cooking.

6. After the ingredients are cooked, add some salt and chicken essence.

7. Mix in an appropriate amount of organic linseed oil.

8. Turn off the heat, start the pot, and sprinkle chopped green onions.

Tips:

1. Without linseed oil, sesame oil can be used.
