Seaweed Tofu Soup

Prepare raw materials: soak kelp in advance, a piece of old tofu, and organic linseed oil.

Wash the soaked kelp and cut into pieces.
3.
After washing the tofu, cut into cubes.
4.
Pour an appropriate amount of water into the boiling pot, add the kelp, and cook over high heat.
5.
Add tofu and continue cooking.
6.
After the ingredients are cooked, add some salt and chicken essence.
7.
Mix in an appropriate amount of organic linseed oil.
8.
Turn off the heat, start the pot, and sprinkle chopped green onions.
Tips:
1. Without linseed oil, sesame oil can be used.
