Seaweed Tofu Soup

First slice the lactone tofu. Then cut into thick strips.

Soak in clean water for 5 minutes.

Boil water in a pot, add seaweed and cook for 1 minute. Add beef powder and season with a little salt.

Pour in water and starch to thicken the thick gorgon.

Drain the soaked lactone tofu sticks.

Put it in the pot. Don't use a spoon to stir. When the pan is boiling, shake the pan gently, and the tofu strips will float.

After adding the shredded green onions, turn off the heat.

Put it out of the pot and put it in a bowl, add a few coriander leaves to garnish.
Tips:
Since the seaweed is flaky, do not cut the lactone tofu too finely. If you use hair vegetables to accompany it, cut the lactone tofu into filaments.
