Seaweed Wrapped Korean Fried Rice

The rice is cooked and set aside. Chop garlic, Korean pickled radish, spinach, and luncheon meat into cubes.

Soy sauce, Korean hot sauce, sugar, add a small amount of warm water and mix well.

Saute minced garlic with sesame oil.
4.
Add rice and hot sauce and stir fry.
5.
Add all kinds of dices, stir-fry evenly, let cool for a while.
6.
Roll up the fried rice with seaweed like a circle of sushi and cut into pieces.
