Secret Braised Chicken Wings

Put a little oil in the pan, pour the sugar in, and burn until it dissolves and turns yellow.

Fry the chicken wings evenly in the pot so that each piece of meat is evenly covered with sugar.

Put the sliced ginger, aniseed, and green onion into the pot, add the cooking wine, dark soy sauce, salt and hot water without chicken wings, cover the pot and bring to a boil on high heat, reduce the heat and simmer for 18 minutes.
