Secret Braised Pork

Ingredients 1: big meat, green onions, ginger, bay leaves, star anise, cloves, white button, fried fruit, cinnamon, dried chili.

Material two: vegetable oil, light soy sauce, salt, pepper powder, white sugar.

Cut the big meat into small pieces according to your preference.

Slice the ginger and cut the green onions into 1 cm long scallions.

Pour an appropriate amount of vegetable oil into the pot.

Add white sugar when the oil is slightly hot.

Stir continuously with a spatula until the yellow sugar foam rises on the oil.

Pour in ginger slices and large meat and stir fry to make the meat evenly colored. This process takes 5 minutes.

Add bay leaves, star anise, cloves, white button, fried fruit, cinnamon, dried chili and stir fry for 1 minute.

Add warm water to the pot to cover the meat.

Cover the pot and simmer over low heat.

When the soup is almost thick, add the chopped green onions, appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce and pepper powder.
13.
It's ready to be out of the pot.
Tips:
The braised pork must be fried with sugar. If the sugar is not fried until the meat will become sweet, the meat will become bitter after the sugar has been fried. Be sure to add warm water when adding water, and simmer slowly over low heat.
