Secret Hot and Sour Cucumber Mix

1. Fry the walnuts crisply in the oven, microwave or wok in advance, and use a rolling pin to press them into small grains, not too crushed.

Tips:

Because Laoganma is saltier, soy sauce is also salty, if you have less cucumber, you don’t need to add salt. Master it yourself.
