Secret Marinated Eggs

After washing the chicken wings, score 3 knives on the surface to make it easier to taste. Add appropriate amount of salt, oil, sugar, and light soy sauce, stir well, and marinate for 20 minutes.

Stir a small bowl of soy sauce, a small bowl of cooking wine, and two spoons of oyster sauce to make a sauce.

In the egg pan under cold water, select the function of boiling water for 10 minutes to slowly cook the eggs.

Wash ginger and garlic and chop finely.
