Secret Sauce-flavored Tofu

Prepare ingredients and other seasonings: old tofu, minced ginger, minced garlic, minced green onion, dried chili, pepper;

Wash the old tofu, wipe off the surface moisture, and cut into even-sized cubes;

Install the air fryer on the baking tray, brush with a layer of vegetable oil, then spread the tofu flat, and brush a layer of vegetable oil on the surface of the tofu;

Close the lid, turn on the power, and set the time to about 15 minutes;

Take out the fried tofu; the millet is spicy and the shallots chopped;

Heat the wok, pour in an appropriate amount of vegetable oil and continue to heat;

Add dried chili, pepper, minced ginger, minced garlic, and chopped green onion to fry to create a fragrance;

Add the spicy black bean sauce, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, white sugar and continue to stir fry;

Add a little millet and stir fry evenly, then pour in water and bring to a boil;

Add tofu and cook until delicious;

Add an appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry evenly;

Turn off the heat and start the pot, remove the tofu, garnish with chopped green onions, and make the millet spicy.
Tips:
1. If there is no air fryer, the tofu can be fried with kitchen tools such as a pan or wok until it is browned;
2. Light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, spicy tempeh sauce all have salt, you can taste the taste before adding salt;
3. The seasoning can be adjusted according to personal taste;
