Self-dried Carob
1.
Pinch off both ends of the cowpea, wash and soak in light salt water for 15 minutes.
2.
Boil water from a pot, put an appropriate amount of salt in the water, and add an appropriate amount of cowpeas after it is boiled. If there are too many cowpeas, blanch the water several times.
3.
Boil the cowpea until it turns emerald green, take out the cold water, and cool it down several times.
4.
All the water is blanched, and the clothes rack I use is hung to dry.
5.
After everything is dry, store it in a sealed bag, and keep it away from moisture.
Tips:
Don't overheat the blanching water, it will break easily if it is too rotten.
