Self-made White Moon Cakes

1. First mix white oil, soft white sugar and boiling water together.

2. Add baking soda to 1 and mix well.

3. Add all-purpose flour in 2 and mix well to form a dough, which is the skin.

4. Relax 3 for 25 minutes before using

5. Divide the skin and jujube puree walnut filling into 30 and 20 g each

6. Wrap the jujube mashed walnut filling with the skin, and tighten the joint.

7. Put a stamp on the surface of 6 and put it on the baking tray.

8. Put 7 into the oven and bake at 150/180℃ for about 15 minutes.
Tips:
Remarks ①6 finished products.
② When adding baking soda, the temperature in step 1 should not exceed 40°C.
③Do not mix for too long when adding flour, otherwise it will tend to become gluten.
④ Cover it with plastic wrap when it is loose, otherwise it will dry easily.
